Will start off by saying the front desk employees are exceptional and professional in every way.
I do not typically downgrade based on “the look” but this property is past it’s time to refresh the rooms—at least the one I stayed in. The laminate was peeling off the furnishings and the bathroom needed some attention. I expect more from a Marriott property.
I had a room designated for accessibility but the bathroom lighting was very dim and the tub very slippery albeit there were many grab bars in the tub/shower and accessible controls.
On the second day no one made up the room and I had to get some items from the front desk—but this is where the property shines—staff is super accommodating and sincerely nice.
