"A last minute getaway exceeded our expectations! We wanted an affordable getaway with peace and quiet as well as the opportunity for daytime hiking and coffee on the patio. This property delivers!Everything was exactly as we needed. We brought a lot of our own food and drink and had plenty of storage and options for cooking/heating things up. It was also so convenient to be able to go to nearby LeRoy to get some items we forgot. If you are not used to well water be sure to bring your own water. Thank you, Abbey, for a perfect stay! "

"This is a very cute, little place and seriously for the price it is amazing. It was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep while we visited my daughter at the University. Is it luxury? No but it was clean, cute and a BARGAIN! You cannot beat it. There are other places out there that are gross and sooooo much more expensive. I would do it again in a heartbeat!"
