"Lovely clean property and owners went out of their way to welcome us and help make our holiday special. Great setting in view of the sea in an unspoilt part of Portugal. Only a short drive to the city delights of Porto (I recommend parking in Matosinhos and catching public transport or the hop-on buses) and Viana do Castelo worth a visit."

"A truly relaxing property. Huge, beautiful gardens provided the most serene setting for sitting out under the olive trees. A large pool where you could really get your laps in and lemon and lime trees with an abundance of fruit to pick. The house was very traditional. Lots of space and a very quirky ground floor. "Aurelie was fantastic to deal with and really helpful with any queries and booking taxis for us etc. the house was absolutely stunning and the grounds were amazing with so many lemon, lime, fig, olive trees etc. So quiet - we were in our own Oasis! Will definitely be returning when we aren’t having to rush back & forth to Dance World Cup!"

"We stayed for 12 nights with family. 7 adults 5 kids aged 6 to 14. The amount of space is amazing the house is big with massive garden space and large pool. The pool itself is a depth of 1.5meters all over so great for kids. Inside space is great with large pool table in the cinema room downstairs which kids loved. "Came over to support my niece in the lacrosse European championship in Braga. They didn’t have games every day, so wanted somewhere which offered variety. This rural, private location suited us very well as we had our own transport, being within easy reach of Porto, Douro Valley, beaches and Braga. So much more besides we didn’t explore. Antonio, the host, was very helpful and wanted us to enjoy stay."

"This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."
