"This is a very nice apartment in central Viana do Castelo, an excellent location. The large apartment I was in was spacious and clean, although I wish it had a work desk and a comfortable chair. My biggest frustration was the poor communication with the property before checking in. "This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."

"We loved the little bungalow we stayed in for one night. We booked it because it was close to the Porto airport and perfect for a short stay. The bonus was how close to the Ocean it was and the great caliber of the restaurants on the shore. The only difficult part was check-in. The receptionist was surly and ignored us for 25 minutes, without acknowledgng us at the front desk, while she was on a phone call. Cute spot and very convenient."
