"We left some stuff and the host went the extra mile informed us and mailed it over to us. Very close to falls located in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable - and compact and homely. Will always return."

"The place looked just like it does in the pictures! The beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you need. There was even shampoo/conditioner, body wash and tooth paste on the bathroom. Akki was great with communication. I was in town with my mom to watch my son play hockey at Ridley college. It was a short drive to the school and was a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommended!"

"This quaint little apartment is on the second floor facing south. Lots of sunshine, very clean, had a full kitchen and it’s welcoming. Full privacy, parking, and the hosts are extremely polite. I recommend this place to anyone going to Niagara Falls and the region!!! Loved our stay. "

"The property overall is good and clean, quiet neighborhood. Cons: The beds are uncomfortable seems like mattress have springs that keep hurting your back! One of the bathrooms with shower door has a very slippery floor once the soap, shampoo is used inside shower the floor gets very slippery .be careful if you have kids or old people it’s risky! "

"This location is perfect. a nice spot with a pool just a walk away (15 minutes) from the falls. Perfect place to stay to take your family on a Niagara falls adventure. very nice rooms, very clean, kitchen etc - everything you need. And the pool is really nice and perfect for those in between moments when the 8 year old still needed something to do. Chris was so gracious and so accommodating, answered every question/text and was really helpful when we were there! "

"Five stars. My best friend and I stayed here for a weekend girls getaway. It was perfect! The house is quiet, incredibly clean, and sleekly decorated. It’s possible you could hear some noise from the upstairs one bedroom apartment, however no one was there when we stayed. About a 10 minute walk to the main street for quaint shops and restaurants. Owner is very friendly, and onsite should you need anything. Would highly recommend!"

"My wife and I enjoyed the upper suite for a great weekend getaway. The space was a great size and provided all that was needed. The bedroom was comfortable and the living space was very entertaining. The pool table was a great touch and the patio was perfect. "
