"We been to this hotel five times and every time it’s been excellent. The hotel is very well maintained and the dining options are great with lots of variety. Ask to see the chef if you have dietary requirements they are extremely helpful. The staff in the main restaurant are amazing they really make you feel at home. Will definitely return to this hotel. "We stayed here for a 4 nights mainly for the convenience of meeting friends also staying locally to Falariki, and for day excusions. The hotel was basic and our room was how we expected considering the price, but felt very dated and in need of renovation. Our shower was pretty poor and within a tiny bath so didn't have much space to move. "Hotel apartments are basic but ok. Pool area ok, shade spots sometimes difficult to find at peak times. Wifi is very basic. It was one of the key aspects to choosing the apartments so was a little bit disappointed. The wifi was at times worse than dial up during the 90s!"

"I liked that there was a store where they had chips, soda, wine and so on. The staff was nice, breakfast was OK. The pool was nice. I did not like that the hotel was located right with the highway, u can take the bus but I would not recommend walking on that road. Therefore we took taxi everywhere. "
