"From the outside, looks a little tired, but once you are in the rooms are large, clean, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and thoughtful. Little touches, like a handwritten personal card in the room, make you feel welcome. My only extra two wishes would be for a little more illumination near the window for the evening (a reading lamp, for instance) and there were effectively two dressing tables but not a proper desk and chair - which makes it quite hard to do any work. "Quiet and clean. Comfy bed. Staff were super helpful and friendly! I only stayed one night, which was fine. Without a desk in the room, I would have struggled if staying more than one night. A bit tricky to locate, towing a suitcase. "

"lovely little place to stay, central location within easy reach of the centre. We checked in on the last day of the Christmas markets which is a great time to visit Bath. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Especially loved the en-suite which had a roomy walk-in shower and heated floor. Could be a bit more eco friendly though, the bar of soap was changed daily, as were the single-use mini bottles of toiletries. "
