"Room was "clean" but the general condition of the kitchen & bathroom was not good. Damp & mouldy door frames, smells damp, curtain blind would only half shut. Whatever room was above mine had someone who stomped around & sounded like they were dragging furniture every night until around midnight. "We could not wish for a better house for the weekend. The property was so impressive and very well equipped. It was spacious and so clean and little touches were amazing. The best part of the house was the outdoor space and the pool and hot tub which was heated and very clean. The hosts were amazing and really made the stay so special and were always on hand to answer any questions. I would definitely come back here as it’s perfect for any occasion."

"We had a wonderful stay at Francesca's House, thank you so much for the thoughtful bottle of wine and the biscuits, we enjoyed them both! The location and accommodation was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well supplied and I really like the lounging area. Altogether perfect! "We had the most amazing stay at Tumbledown Cottage! The views are outstanding and the cottage itself is perfect for a relaxing stay. "Lovely house in great location. Took us a while to work out how to use the key but that was probably our fault! Also we were given the wrong code for back door key so could not use back door til we met laundry lady who gave us the right code! Showers were not great - some had no pressure or hot water but we managed with the ones that did work! Heating worked well. Dishwasher broken but we didn’t do any cooking so wasn’t a problem. We would definitely book this house again"

"A beautiful house on four floors with lovely large well kept and clean room. The kitchen was very spacious with lots of room for entertaining. The only issue I had was that when I asked for the single bedded rooms to be made up they did not get the message as this is through the virtual assistant. This was a minor issue that didn’t affect our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone as location was great and lots of facilities. "

Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. "We visit Bristol yearly and will only stay at Leonardo Hotel. It’s perfectly located close to everything and is in a quiet, safe area. There’s a Sainsbury’s and a delicious bakery steps away from the hotel if you’re needing anything additional for your room. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean and the gym is top notch. The bar area is amazing and the drinks selection is great. We’ve never had any issues with hearing any other people when in our room and we love that there is always fresh ice water in the lobby. I recommend this hotel to everyone and look forward to staying again in the future! "
