"Amy and her husband were amazing hosts . Their place is s gem located at the foot of Kinzua Dam. The furnishings were outstanding - the radiant floor heat kept us toasty warm. There is an outdoor fire pit that will be great to use . It was so clean and cozy. The living room space with the huge TV provide a great place for family movie time . You will not be disappointed if you stay here - we will be back! My hubby waves to build one now!! "

"The kitchen was amazing and was so nice to host my family a few nights and have the cooking space!! There was a list of things to do upon entering which was great (I’m a local but moved long time ago) The only downside was the beds. They are very hard and I had to lay on pillows for some sort of relief. It was very disappointing as we drove there and we’re out on adventures everyday and would have preferred to sleep in better comfort. "

"The location of this waterfront property at the north end of Chautauqua Lake is exceptional! The house is large, and although we were only a group of 6, it could accommodate many more. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets, charming campfires, a pontoon boat rental, winery tours, and a quaint lunch and dinner in the town of Mayville. The weather and fall colors could not have been more perfect! "
