"We were in town for a family wedding, and our group had all adults. The dining room is a nice space. The kitchen is a bit small. Overall, the house was clean and perfectly located. "Des has done a great job with this property. It was clean, smelled like the beach, and very coastal cozy! We stayed off season, but the home seems to have everything a summer visitor would need. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies, there are linens available and the garage was packed with bikes etc. We had a great werkend. "

"This house was perfect in every way. They really did think of everything and went out of their way to make sure our stay was fantastic. Communication was great from the beginning and nothing was over looked. The house was spotless, comfy and had more amenities than what is even listed. If my group ends up back in that area we will certainly be looking to stay here again. "

"This was a great house. Just 6 houses from the beach. Quiet and very well kept neighborhood. The hostess was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Thanks to Josh's great hosting, the comfort of the house, it's coziness, and well stocked kitchen, we had the best Christmas holiday. It's been a while since my family has been able to spend the holidays comfortably under the same roof. We're so thankful because Josh made the process so simple that we were able to spend time on what is important, the company of family. It was a blessing for everybody to be able to sit down together for Christmas dinner."

"Overall the house is nice. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. However, the basement, where 3 of the bedrooms are located, is very damp and musty. We pulled out the sofa bed and there were mice droppings all over the mattress. Although there was a large humidifier going on at all times (loud!) it's not enough. Those who slept in the basement did not enjoy the stay. That is why I couldn't give it more stars."
