"I stayed at the Mansion House Inn and Spa during the off season with my brother. The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff helpful and cheerful, and the location one of the best in Vineyard Haven. The location is second to none— it is right around the corner from the ferry, located right on main street, and has plenty of dining options only a minute away. Just a heads up— reaching the parking spot is a little tight. Other than that, we fully enjoyed our stay!"

"The stay was amazing. Hotel was clean. We did have issues with tripping the GFI and losing power to our room. The only real complaint is it’s not very close to stored within walking distance. If you need a snack you’re at the mercy of purchasing the inflated hotel price $4.00 for a drink and another $4.00 for a candy bar. Something you would pay a total of $3.50 if you went into a store. "

"The two young ladies we dealt with at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. They got us checked in quickly and checked out just as seamlessly. The room was nice. Very comfy king size bed, sheets were clean and cozy. Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge were a nice addition. The bathroom could have used better cleaning. There were a few hairs in the sink and in the shower and the floor was a tiny bit dirty. Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner were a nice touch, would have used the lotion too but the dispenser top was broken. My only suggestion would be some ventilation in the bathroom to get rid of the steam, it makes the tiles slippery. All in all a nice stay. "
