"Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock...

This is an amazing modern yurt with everything you need for a relaxing getaway! It is close to several towns but only if you want to leave the quiet and relaxing back porch! "If you plan to visit northern Vermont, I would highly recommend staying at the Muddy Mouse. I actually cant think of anything negative to say about it. It's truly a diamond in the rough. The property sits on a mountain top and is surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen. "Great location. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Used it as a base for day hiking trips. Very clean. Nice fire pit. Was able to cook. Bathroom set up is different but fine. Owner was very responsive. Id stay here again with no issues."

"First of all. We didn’t know the water wasnt potable so we had to grab our own. When we pulled up it’s a barn attached to a house and you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the “apartment” it’s a barn so lots of black flies upstairs so we didn’t use the beds.
