"The stay was enjoyable although we were with family at their home most of the time, It was only a place tio crash at night time, However, they could not find my reservation and therefore did NOT honor the price quoted to me. I told them I had called the day before and made sure my reservation was in fact there, and I even called the number I had called and it rang at YOUR front desk. The girl who answered the phone said I was registered and there no worries. They asked me who I talked to but I did not get her name but will in the future. I have been in the customer service industry and I know there are ways too check on an employee's performance when it is such a critical issue. Your employees were nice but not helpful and I know their hands were tied as far as they could do something. I was told the manager was off for the weekend BUT there has to be someone who is in charge when they are out. It seems to me that NO ONE was taking responsibility! The service was good but the checkin was horrible! Because we had to be some place, we checked in and paid the price quoted! "
