"Great resort, rooms, pool and area. You do need a car to get around even though Mantarays has a shuttle into Exmouth you need it to get to the snorkelling spots. Only negative was the food, portions, quality and the price of it. We ate out after the first dinner and breakfast. Other restaurants and cafes were much more reasonable and better portions."

"We were 5 adults - 2 couples and my adult son. With 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas there was plenty of room, as well as a large deck outside.The kitchen was extremely well equipped and also included an outside BBQ.It was hot while we were there but the aircon worked very well. "We had a great stay in Exmouth at the Marina Townhouse. The property is spacious and well equipped. The outside seating/dining area is shady and a pleasant place to have dinner or drinks. The air conditioning is quiet and effective, so we all slept well despite every day topping 40 degrees in the afternoons and the mid 30s at night. "Great layout requires maintenance"

"Layout/design of property and location of property was outstanding. However, on arrival house was very dusty with visible cockroaches in residence, would recommend - pre-check-in clean/inspection by property cleaner if house not used consecutively. Multiple remotes for TVs and aircons were not onsite - this was inconvenient, but workable. Of considerable note was the broken fan in the main living area, not ideal during December. Nor was the dirt, used/dirty clothes and dirty baby bottle and toys...
