Frangipani - Loads of space in this great family home

Whats not to love about an Exmouth classic, the Block home! Locals love these houses, and they are quintessentially Exmouth in every way. Built in the 70’s, by the Americans, rest assured that you will be safe as houses and super comfortable when you stay in Frangipani.

Newly renovated in 2022, this four bedroom, two bathroom home, will sleep a maximum of 8 occupants with two queen beds and four single beds. It's a perfect home for two small families, or 6 singles.
There is a small bathroom off the corridor with a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity. There is a second ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity from the main bedroom.

There are multiple outside entertaining areas, with the entire front of the house wrapped in verandah and shade cloth. The rear has a separate seating area with an eight seater outdoor setting and BBQ. The front yard is separately fenced to the back yard, and outside pets are permitted (maximum of two). If you love to live outside then this is your property!

For those bringing a boat, you will have plenty of room. The driveway will fit one car under cover in the carport and one car and a boat in the driveway. There is also room on the wide verge as well.

This home has fully ducted air-conditioning, with plenty of shade for the summer months. Wifi is also included for your convenience. It is situated on Ningaloo St, which is only 200m from the town centre, Cafes, shops and Froth Craft Brewery.

4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed.

All linen and bath towels are provided.

All of our holiday homes are self provisioning. Some basic items have been provided for your convenience. Supermarkets are open 7 days a week and are located in the town centre.

Our Exmouth Trip
Ningaloo Exmouth was a great place to make base in Exmouth so close to the centre of town shops, restaurants and cafes. Our family and our dog had a great time in this spacious modern and comfortable home.

The property has been renovated and is clean and modern with a secure yard for a dog. Great entertaining area’s at the front and rear of the property. Short stroll to the town centre, perfect location. Happy with our stay would happily book again.

House is ok though not really suited if you want to play in the yard with kids or kick a ball No grass and what kind of lawn there was it was full of bindis We had complaints and txt messages that were we’re having party’s for 3 nights when it was a house next door and was threatened to be evicted
