I had a delightful room, very clean with all you need for a comfortable night's stay. Lovely comfy bed, Plenty of hot water. Good room temperature. A nice tray of tea/coffee/biscuits. Breakfast was what I wanted. Very obliging staff. All good."

"We were greeted warmly on our arrival. Everything was explained in a friendly but professional manner. We were taken up to our room which all wasn't huge was comfortable with a tea tray and kettle. The bathroom was gorgeous. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well organised and nothing was too much trouble for Colette and the team . The property is away from Butlins with a lovely walk either way out the property. It's very quite here. "

I like the park hotel for its location, but the list goes on... the rooms are comfortable and everything 'works'... All food options are good and tasty and the bar food offers excellent value.
