"Secluded cottage perfect for a couple or small family. Large yard for play. Close to beach, town for shopping, URI. Host provided water, bouquets, and turned on ac before our arrival. TV and both indoor/outdoor games available. Nice deck and fire pit with plenty of comfortable seating, including play blanket and pack-n-play for infants. Will rent again for next year’s cousins reunion."

"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay a bit down the road from the busy part of Thames St, although we would have appreciated better communication leading up to check-in. While the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a very useful kitchen, the noise coming each night from the crowd leaving the bar across the street was a lot. "
