"Location is great and the room was very pretty. Bathroom was nicely updated with a huge rain shower head. We stayed in 121, our friends were in 119 which had a beautiful king sized canopy bed and nice sitting area. Breakfast was just ok...we'd probably enjoy the cafe downstairs instead if we visited again. Our room had a weird musky mens cologne smell and the wall unit didnt seem to work. We set it at 63 and it was pretty warm in the room."

"We arrive at the stagecoach inn to stay for the night, our purpose for the trip was to pick up our new adopted puppy so when we arrive we were greeted by Tim who explained everything about the property to us and let us know that if we need anything that they would take care of it for us when we got into the room it was perfect for our needs and was very clean. We slept well and we plan to come back in the spring for a couple nights just the wife and I it is a very romantic getaway spot."

An 1870's house upgraded bathroom, 12-14 ft ceilings, gas fireplaces in every room, a carafe of Courvoisier for a night's recap before the gas fireplace, the 4 poster bed , antiques all over, a great history to the house ands the local area. "It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "
