"Beautiful property. Loved the service."

"Loved everything except the mineral pool station where we were welcomed to have smoothies - not adequate variety of offered assortment of fruits nor veggies to make smoothies plus smoothies attendant not at station most of the time …instead in athletic shelter talking to fellow staff and returning to smoothie station around 4 pm to make smoothies for those staff members rather than be available on call for guests once lunch time was over. Poor performance, as well as spa personnel entering beach area seeking guests who canceled a spa appt. due to severe sun burn having to see nurse on premises and asking sought out guest why they did not show up when already personally met w/spa receptionist to cancel appt. Staff behavior such as that is disappointing and a turn off to want to return to spa in the future. The person that was exceptional and outstanding were: a Mr Luzcon Henry who impressively transferred a lawn dinner due to sudden torrential rain from lawn to Palazzina Rest. with great aplomb…gracious to all guests…making transfer with ease and care. Many besides my husband and I remarked how outstanding his performance was as guests felt looked after properly. Would make an outstanding General Manager a few of us believe and believe his Assistant who is as caring about guests, as he, is the woman who assists w/photography in the cafe…spot on …think her name is Chantel ….bright, polite, knowledgeable, helpful and refused to accept a tip from us after assisting us."

"Beautiful view, well maintained property, and staff was friendly/welcoming. Had just the right balance of quality and local vibe (not touristy). Not the biggest room, but they maximized the space perfectly, so that you didn't feel claustrophobic and didn't have a lot of unnecessary open space in the room serving no purpose. The verandah in the front of the room overlooking the sea was awe inspiring (if that daybed was bigger; I would have slept out there). Also props to the carpenter; as the woodwork throughout was on point. Great stay. Thank you for your hospitality. "

"The experience was great i.e the swim up bar, it did not feel impersonal like a hotel stay but more like a home feel. The maintenance staff was communicating cordially without bias of country of origin. It would have been nice as an apartment setup to have access to a broom and another cleaning agent…Some people like to clean up after themselves. The junior suite concept is commendable BUT updated furniture (common area) would give it a more modern and eye appealing look. The food at the pool bar was delicious but you must drive or walk 5 to 10 minutes for good dining. I likely will return soon so look out for me! Thank you"

"The property was clean and the food was fabulous! The staff including Deyan, Romi and Sarah were very accommodating and friendly. Beach entry is a little rough but they have plenty of loungers on the dock for sunning. I would visit again."
