"We'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Negombo. It's in a perfect location for exploring and had a great pool which was an added bonus. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We could walk into Negombo to the local restaurants and cafes and it was a perfect start to our holiday. The hotel ended up giving us a room at a much cheaper hotel, without giving us any kind of compensation. Further, the hotel offered us a transfer to the airport more expensive than a taxi and tuc tuc."

"I was here last time in 2006. Remains a very good hotel on the beach. However, few guests due to Covid 19 pandemic. The rooms are spacious with good aircon, fridge, toiletries, and large king sized bed. Only issue can be doors banging at night-time but there are many signs asking people to be quiet."

Big cockroach also visited my bedroom. The balcony doors are very hard to open and close. Overall I think place needs to be managed better. "

"Really poor service – manager had no idea we had made the reservation through Hotels.com or what Hotels.com even is… It took a hour of the manager calling someone outside the hotel and looking at the reservation confirmation ion my phone before we were able to check in. The room was really dirty and I feel I have pretty low standards. There were quite a few hairballs in the room and in the bathroom. Hotels.com reservation said the room included airport transport. The hotel staff had no idea...
