The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We could walk into Negombo to the local restaurants and cafes and it was a perfect start to our holiday. "I was here last time in 2006. Remains a very good hotel on the beach. However, few guests due to Covid 19 pandemic. The rooms are spacious with good aircon, fridge, toiletries, and large king sized bed. Only issue can be doors banging at night-time but there are many signs asking people to be quiet."

Big cockroach also visited my bedroom. The balcony doors are very hard to open and close. Overall I think place needs to be managed better. "

"Decent quality 3 star hotel on negombo seafront. Nice garden facing the beach and great views of sunsets. Guests were a mixed crowd of locals and foreign tourists. Check in process was slow and inefficient. Staff seemed to struggle to process a group booking ahead of us and told us to wait. This took more than half hour.
