"We'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Negombo. It's in a perfect location for exploring and had a great pool which was an added bonus. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We could walk into Negombo to the local restaurants and cafes and it was a perfect start to our holiday. The rooms were well kept and clean! Thank you!"

"The hotel was overbooked when we arrived. (Seems like the manager didn't check bookings from hotels.com). The hotel ended up giving us a room at a much cheaper hotel, without giving us any kind of compensation. Further, the hotel offered us a transfer to the airport more expensive than a taxi and tuc tuc."

"I was here last time in 2006. Remains a very good hotel on the beach. However, few guests due to Covid 19 pandemic. The rooms are spacious with good aircon, fridge, toiletries, and large king sized bed. Only issue can be doors banging at night-time but there are many signs asking people to be quiet."

"Really poor service – manager had no idea we had made the reservation through Hotels.com or what Hotels.com even is… It took a hour of the manager calling someone outside the hotel and looking at the reservation confirmation ion my phone before we were able to check in.
