"My experience was good the staff were friendly and helpful when my flight was delayed to the next. Additionally the staff was helpful when I had key card issues. Overall the staff was professional even through the current tornado watch and warning that were present."

"Well, there was a tornado that went through 200 yards away day 2. The tree across the street got hit by lightning, and did I mention the epic flooding and possible snow?! All of that and the house was warm, the water hot, everything worked, beds were so comfortable. Sheets and towels high quality, kitchen had the essential supplies and snacks. Easy check in, easy check out. Host was amazing through it all.would stay again. 12out of 10 stars."

"The Louis Hotel was truly a lovely experience. After some miscommunication on my end, the staff was more than able to accommodate on my end and I am grateful for their patience and kindness. Not to mention, I loved how the hotel was so connected to the small town. The hotel rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy. It was a little difficult to figure out the thermostat, but after awhile we got it to where we need to be. Only thing is having a fridge would be great. The icebox we did have wasn’t cold, but it’s ok because the evening and morning food service were wonderful!! Thank you to thw staff for EVERYTHING! Can’t wait to visit Wilson again! "
