While waiting we noticed the storm that went through the night before had knocked off a front shutter and totally knocked down the side fence which we relayed to our host at that time. The living room windows down one side of house also look onto private wooded land. Communication was very clear and responsive. Everything was really easy. The A/C in living room is quite ample and the oil heaters were quite toasty the first night.The only thing we had difficulty with was the bed.
