"This apartment seemed very new and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very nice to have AC as it was very hot the first few days in MAD. It is on the smaller side compared to USA standards but pretty average in Europe. The apartment complex was very quiet and we never heard street noise which was very nice for sleeping! And the beds are comfortable. The check in process was also very simple. They had someone meet me at the complex with keys and they walked us through how to...

"The property is a bit sketchy. The single bathroom is located just inside the front door. The galley kitchen is tiny. The shower bathroom is fine. The staircase seems like a building site under repair. It’s is definitely cramped and awkward. Checking in was frustrating- the process of uploading all guests’ info and passport photos was very difficult in transit - although customer service was sympathetic and quick to respond. I would not stay at this location again."
