"Great location next to grocery store and nearby public transportation and mall. Good host communication, AC, and nice to have washer and outdoor drying rack. Husband is 6ft2in and I am 5ft11in so sloping ceiling limited walking upright in part of living room and bathroom. Couch cushions longer than couch so loses comfort. Has whirlpool in tub but no instructions for us English speakers."

"We met our host within a few minutes of our arrival, he was very helpful getting us into the parking garage and up to the apartment. It was a very secure building keys or fobs required to move within the building once you were through the parking gates. Madrid is very busy, so having a nice place to relax was key to our trips positive outcome, about a 10 minute walk to the Metro or supermarket making getting around pretty simple. "Property was not finished, bathroom door was not trimmed every time it opened and closed drywall dust was scattered everywhere. The ceiling fan didn’t work, The light switches were awkward half the buttons didn’t work. The building was not sound proofed at all. TV only had radio tv channels. Property was very much over priced for what it was. Very glad it was one night in transit would not recommend for a family, "

"The apartment is on a quiet street in a working class neighborhood and there are lots of shops and a large market nearby. It is close to the metro and the Atocha train station, which was very convenient if one intends to do day trips. Many tourist destinations can be reached by walking. The cafes nearby are mostly frequented by locals and we had some interesting conversations. The host, Santiago was very responsive and accommodated our early morning arrival. Everything worked out great."

"This little place looks very cute online. Don't let them fool you. After our 14 plus hours of travel they wouldn’t allow early check in, which they said online for a nominal fee we could. "The inside of the property was great, as were the hosts. Though I will say I was very surprised to find that the door to the apartment was on the street, so privacy was a bit difficult to attain. The area of the property was also a little strange, certainly different than more central Madrid, but not dangerous at all. The hosts were great and the property was well equipped."
