"Location was quite good. The apartment was large and comfortable with a washing machine which was very handy. We arrived after midnight and the hosts were very helpful ensuring we could get in safely. "

"What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. I did get into the property the next day but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Worst of all, I contacted hotels.com for a refund and they said they cannot do it because...

"Parking is very confusing- and it is extremely difficult to park in front of the property. Might be best to find a garage first and then take trips to unload. No issues if you take a taxi to the place. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay in Porto. "

"Great location. Toilet had issues where you had to wiggle the lid to get the water to work all the time. While we stayed there there was construction going on regularly starting pretty early on the morning. That was quite annoying. Waking up to hammers and saws is not the best feeling when you are on vacation."

"Is a great location to stay in central Porto. Central to everything. Very close to bar district. Right beside the tower in Porto making it easy to find. Place was clean and well stocked. One thing to be aware of is the elevator is small and hits only every second floor so some steps are required. It's not located directly on a street that has car access. Driving in Porto can be a challenge so plan your route accordingly. The parking they provide might be 400 m and 300 ft in elevation...

"This walk-up studio apartment was in the heart of Porto walkable to all major sites. It was an authentic experience of old Porto and I found the people very friendly and helpful in the neighborhood."

"The property is in a great location however, be aware that it is night club area so very noisy throughout the night into early hours. Generally communication very very good would just advise to be clear on facility to leave luggage for late check out as wouldn’t expect to have to walk a good 20-25 mins walk to the office to drop off there. Property very clean, transfer from airport to apartment and back well organised. "
