"I selected this house because we were traveling with a dog and needed a spot that was pet friendly. But that’s not the only reason to stay here. It was very clean; no signs of previous pet guests. Location is as advertised. Park is close for a walk, but need to be aware crossing the busy streets. Don’t send young kids by themselves. Neighborhood is good for walking with a couple places (coffee/restaurant) close enough to walk to.Not an issue for us, but be aware that the stairs are old and there...

"Small 2 bedroom, probably best for quick trip in and out of Spokane or a spot if you are in town for contract work. The location was conveniently located and the street was quite. Parking is a bit cramped but it does exist. The steps can be tricky to navigate with luggage and the ceilings are quite low. Over all everything worked in the apartment and I felt comfortable."

"This well kept home in this charming and historic part of Spokane was more than expected. The pictures don't do it justice. It is much larger than it seems. We had 3 adults, 4 teenage boys (13-14) and a pup, in town for our grandsons state basketball championship. The interior is modern and has all the features you need. The kids loved the vintage Nintendo and it brought back memories for my husband and I. Close to the games we were attending. Would love to stay here in the spring or...
