"Overall, it's a very nice maybe 3-star all-inclusive, at least for Cabarete (vs say Punta Cana). The room itself was clean and bed comfortable, but needs upgrade and repair - faucet was loose, screen door to patio was jammed, TV reception was unwatchable. Food was 2-star at the buffet, maybe 3-star at the reservation-only restaurants (of which you can only go to 3 times per week). "Beautiful Resort misleading in the description the blue bracelet does not give you access like a gold bracelet would otherwise host was polite in an attentive they tried to explain to me they just changed the color to Blue but I am also a owner there and they did not change it to Blue gold bracelets give you more options and amenities"

"My husband and I enjoyed the resort, had great activities, night events, etc. Some restaurants were only available to members. Also had to come daily in person at 3:30pm to make your dinner reservations at certain restaurants. Unless it's a buffet, o reservation required."

"Overall the resort was great. I was there for a wedding and enjoyed the stay. I think improvements can be made when trying to make dinner reservations. The VIP office was closed whenever I tried to make a dinner plans and had to call from my room phone. I also think for the VIP price, Wi-Fi should be offered. Had the most fun at Harmony Beach. Manny was very attentive and provided the best service."

"El lugar no es nada como se ve en las fotos. Ni siquiera presenta que hay que pasar un puente para ir a los restaurantes. La playa es horrible, el área al rededor del hotel es fatal. Y para completar, Expedía me cobró el doble de lo que costaba la habitación. El precio del hotel era $ 85 y Expedía me cobró $ 201. Traté de comunicarme con expedía para que me dieran una explicación sobre eso, y según ellos, no podían hacer nada."

"This was our third or fourth time in Cabarete and our second time staying at the Presidential suites. The first time we stayed ( about 3 weeks ago) it was for only 1 night but this time we decided to stay for 5 nights.
