"Rene is as good of a host as you can have. He will make every effort to take care of you . His house is fabulous! Extremely quiet and secure location. 10 minute walk to a modern shopping center and in the other direction it’s an easy walk to the main square. On site house keeper who is always there to help. I can’t recommend this listing high enough. Thank you Rene. I hope I can stay here again. "

"Our family stayed at this nice home in Antigua. It’s easy to walk everywhere from the home. We attended Spanish classes for part of the day and the either came back to the house or explored the city. The internet connection is strong, We had plenty of room for our family of six. The bathrooms are modern and very clean. They have a smart TV and games. They have the basic cooking utensils needed and refrigerator to cook some of your meals. The property manager knows of people who can bring hot...

"We had so much fun in Antigua with a 6 year old and 13 year old. This house was perfect. Our host was so nice and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We used the food service and it was so yummy and easy. The house is big, open, and clean. Ubers are super easy and cheap from this place. We loved it! "

"The home was gorgeous. I loved the location of the rental being in Antigua. We got to see the 3 volcanoes. The rental was very convenient and had all of the essentials including washer and dryer. The infinity pool and kiddie pool was also a plus for my little ones. The rental is conveniently located minutes from a store and next door to a restaurant on one side and a beautiful park with a restaurant on the other side. There are plenty of gas stations and we were close enough to get food late...

"When the reservation was made the property represented that it had air conditioning throughout, including the kitchen and living room. Upon arrival we discovered this was false. We notified the owner, and he offered a partial refund. He said it would not be possible to provide the air conditioning that was represented in his listing. We did not stay at the property, as without the promised air conditioning, it was not inhabitable. We informed the owner that we could not stay without air...
