"I had some issues upon my initial arrival that were primarily self inflicted. The whole hotel staff went above and beyond to correct all of the situations. I would highly recommend staying here. The surrounding area here is beautiful and I would also highly recommend that you take a Viator chicken bus tour if you have the opportunity."

"Room and property were very clean. Great view of volcano. Able to walk to most locations. If noise is a thing , you could hear music late night from the bar next door. "

"The hotel is very close to Parque Central, so it's very convenient. Only stayed one night, but the staff was very helpful with booking the shuttle to Lake Atitlan the following day and having our clothing washed the same day we arrived. I would recommend it. "
