"Nice location (only about 30 min drive to Interlaken) with spectacular views from our room. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We drove and needed parking which wasn't a problem here. My only complaint was that the bed wasn't the most comfortable and wish there were more options. Besides that, this was an excellent stay that I would highly recommend to anyone! "

"Disappointment was an understatement. Besides the fact that the hotel manager had some racist undertones in his talk, the staff was uncomfortably odd. Their mission is to be eco-friendly, which is great, but their mission of living in a commune & not liking tourists makes it worrisome. No TV is allowed. Men are asked to sit to pee. Music is discouraged. Going into town is frowned upon. BEWARE OF EXTRA CHARGES! The hotel insists that you eat meals with them. It is cheaper to eat meals...
