The room is spacious and clean. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and a taxi stand is nearby. Overall this is a very nice place to stay in Erzurum."

"Genel olarak fiyat/performans bir otel diyebilirim. Özellikle tepede olması, pistlere yakınlığı kayak için gelenler için tercih sebebi olabilir. Bizim odamızda felaket bir sigara kokusu vardı, bu sebeple uyuyamadık; ancak ertesi gün oda değiştirmek isteğimizde hemen başka bir oda sundular. Arkadaşlarımızın ise tuvaletleri çok sıkıntılıydı, sifonları bozuk olduğu için zorluk çektiler. Otelin kendini geliştirebileceği konular var, ancak yine de ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyorlar diyebiliriz. Canlı müzik yapan kişi epey başarılıydı, o ses gibi yarışmalara gitmesini öneririz. "
