"The hotel is located about 1 km from the train station and airport bus shuttle across from the train station. So, early walk from train to hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable."

"The hotel was right at the base of mountain making access to the slopes fantastic. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were large and clean with a very good breakfast. The only concerns were the basement rooms close to the spa which had a musty odor. English was limited but that’s not their fault it just made communication a little bit of a challenge. Overall, a very pleasant experience, especially, tea and cakes at 5 pm! "

"The hotel is spotlessly clean, breakfast is amazing and the staff are so helpful. Location is brilliant, so many places to eat just outside of the hotel. The only issue I found is noise transfers from the room above as the floors are all tiled. "

"First time staying at this hotel and everything was as described on the hotels.com Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated room. Breakfast was superb and spoiled by the choices. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Definitely will be back again."

"When we entered the hotel, the reception mistreated us and the room was very dirty, we called them, they came and cleaned it, and our room was with breakfast, but they said you don't have breakfast, they made us very upset!!!! "

"Nice hotel, very well kept. Thanks to the management and staff! The selection of food at the restaurant is amazing. The slope and the lift is just a minute away from the ski room. The ski rental shop has a good choice of equipment. The ski area itself a bit limited, but it is great for beginners! Apres ski bar is there with nice cocktails and good food! We enjoyed our stay a lot! Thanks to everyone!"

"Very friendly and kind staff. There was a problem with my room key which caused a beeping noise in the morning, but they took care of it immediately. Breakfast is decent. The room is spacious and clean. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and a taxi stand is nearby. Overall this is a very nice place to stay in Erzurum."

"Otele gelmeden öncede yorumlara baktığımda sigara kokusu ile ilgili yorumlar görmüştüm. Böyle bir sorunla karşılaştım. 2. Gün odamı değiştirebildim. Ayrıca yine tekrarlanan bir konuda otel gerçekten çok eskimiş. Konum olarak mükemmel bir konumda fakat otel yapısal olarak fiyat kalite oranını karşılamıyor. Yenilenirse tekrar gelebileceğim bir otel ama bu şekilde bir daha ziyaret edeceğimi sanmıyorum. Yani personelin çalışması güleryüzü hizmeti bir yere kadar fayda sağlar. Spa hizmeti güzel. 2...

"It was an amazing experience here. I am very glad that i made the decision to stay here. Its gorgeous. I stayed at the bonglow b5 which right in front of the stream. I would recommend this place for everyone to stay here. They have a restricted that is open till 12:00 am which serves amazing food at very reasonable pricing."
