"MR.ÇAN THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, WE LOVE HIM. THE HOTEL LOCATION IS GOOD, 10 MINUTES WALK TO AYDER PLATEAU, SHOPS & RESTAURANTS. ALSO, HAS AN AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEW. THE HOTEL IS SMALL AND MATCHING THE SMALL CITY AMBIENCE. THE BREAKFAST IS REASONABLE & IS ORGANIC. ROOM IS SMALL BUT AGAIN TO MATCH THE SMALL CITY AMBIENCE. IF WOULD LIKE TO ENJOY THE NATURE, GO TO AYDER BUT IN SEASON TIME. "

"I stayed at four hotels during my trip, and this one ruined my experience. Despite paying through Expedia, the hotel receptionist charged me again on-site, and I never got my money back. The food options were very limited, which was especially inconvenient given the remote mountain location. Additionally, everything had to be paid for in cash and the bathroom smelled absolutely terrible."
