"Very convenient and safe location. Our room, was very clean and spacious. There is a popular coffee shop and bistro downstairs, and it is located right on one of the city's main squares. Most attractions are within a 15-minute walking distance. The staff were also polite. The hotel, as with most places in Erzurum does not offer alcohol on the premises. "

"A simple room but we really appreciated that it was clean (one of the cleaner hotel rooms we encountered during 3 weeks in eastern Turkey), had comfortable beds, hot water, ambient lighting (it's rare to have any lights beyond the harsh ceiling light), and a simple but tasty breakfast. Warm cozy and chic with modern decor. We both had our best sleeps in two weeks travelling the Anatolia region. Breakfast was excellent huge choice and coffee also which has been the first time also we were able to drink a hot coffee for breakfast. I would highly recommend a stay in Hotel Zade"

"When we entered the hotel, the reception mistreated us and the room was very dirty, we called them, they came and cleaned it, and our room was with breakfast, but they said you don't have breakfast, they made us very upset!!!! "
