"Two 70ish girlfriends found this property to just about be the perfect getaway. It was very clean, well located to getting into Philadelphia easily, and had onsite parking.We loved that we each had our bathrooms, however it must be noted that the guest bathroom is on a different level than the guest bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with most everything you would need to make a meal,but why cook when you can go out! There is a lovely deck off the master bedroom - great for enjoying a cup of tea...

"The unit was set up nicely and accommodated the 4 of us with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each. Glad it had a garage because street parking would have been difficult. Host was friendly but a little hard to reach but heard from her right before we came to town. I think she had a family emergency so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. All in all, it worked for us. "

"Great spot to explore Fishtown. The place was clean and in a great location to explore by foot."

"These apartments were so beautiful, tastefully decorated, super clean, and in a great location. The owner was available on call, left curated local treats (a lovely surprise!), and was very friendly. The location was close to downtown, but not walkable to downtown, which was fine with us. Passyunk Ave was 1 block away and very, very funky/cute. Overall, this is a 5 star property. The set-up, however, is two 2 bedroom apartments, separated by a hallway (that is private) with locks. "We had a great stay here. The house was cery clean and communication with the property owner was amazing. The location was amazing. We were able tontake the train from Lancaster -then public transportation right around the corner from the house. There are many great restaurants within walking distance. "

"Our stay was brief but we feel rested. We love the giant mirror in the living room and the furnace kept us warm. Also, the street was amazingly quiet for being so close to South Street.We'll definitely be back!"

"The house was perfect for us to travel to an event at the Wells Fargo Center. Everything was as described. Host was very accommodating with check in and check out time. "

"Ivy's townhouse is charming and quiet, located on a side street where we were always able to find parking. The back garden is just lovely - we wished the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed it more. Super comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, and everything was clean and new. Highly recommended."

"I was enjoying my stay until a family of eight came.. loud banging and multiple people in a one bedroom is insane I literally had my tv on the highest setting just to block the noise otherwise than that I would book again "

"The property was extremely clean and neat. The security access after certain hours made my family and I feel safe. We did manage to find parking close by for the duration of our stay, and the front desk personnel were very welcoming and helpful. "
