"I had a wonderful stay at one of the best hotels in Italy during my holiday. The location was perfect—shopping was just downstairs, restaurants were everywhere, and the bus stop was only a few minutes’ walk away, just 3-4 stops from the train station. The service was fantastic, and breakfast was delivered right to our room, allowing us to enjoy our meal in privacy. The receptionist was responsive to our requests and served us with great joy. "I was a bit disappointed s I was expecting more of a hotel, but this was a B&B. Breakfast was fine and parking was available very nearby. However, room was small, tTere was no elevator so had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Front desk only open during limited hours. Hotel also very hard to find, even with GPS. Perhaps I should have read other reviews more carefully."

"Fabulous experience in a beautiful mountain setting. We had no idea when we booked it that the drive to it would be on winding roads up the mountain but turned out to be okay. It certainly was worth the trip to stay in this hidden gem. Loved the donkeys and chickens and the lovely dog Bella. Hosts were lovely. The food was wonderful. Had great hikes thanks to their direction. "

Great location & within walking distance of R & J balcony (a big disappointment btw!) pouring rain & free parking area up the hill was muddy & filled with huge potholes. Residenza was on a one way street so best to drop your luggage off on the way up the hill to the parking area. Person who checked us in was nice & friendly, but spoke almost no English."
