The house set up was optimal for this type of scenario as it is 3 levels with multiple sitting spaces and several of the beds also have pull out beds beneath them, making this house able to comfortably accomodate large families. "We enjoyed our stay here very much! The extended driveway that goes back to the private entrance was convenient! The bedrooms on opposite sides of the living and kitchen rooms was perfect for privacy! Bathrooms were nice as well as all the furnishings. The location was perfect, quiet but convenient. "The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences."

"Stayed for a night to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with her friends. Perfect place for teens with parental supervision. Plenty of outdoor seating and Hot tub was great and easy to use. Both Spacious and Cozy, making for wonderful memories."

"This was definitely one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in. The neighborhood was lovely and conveniently located to the Fox River Trail as well as downtown restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, cleanliness was outstanding!! The garage was a huge amenity for bike and car storage. The walk-in shower floor was kind of slippery with no grab bars to catch yourself. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"They missed a few details such as mowing the front and back yard. We had a dog but could not walk it. The grass and weeds were up to my knees. The cleaning crew was there even after our check in time. There was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms and no paper towel in the kitchen. Overall, a nice spacious house centrally located and beautifully furnished and decorated."

"We were very impressed with how nice and comfortable “St. Geneva” is. It is in a great location-plenty of restaurants and parks within walking distance. It also felt very safe. The house was clean and Michael provided some snacks,water, and coffee for us! It was in the 90s outside, but we were extremely comfortable with the a/c units. Eating, shopping, and relaxing were the priorities for our trip, and this property and its location made it easy to accomplish! I would highly recommend this house...
