"We stayed for a long weekend in November. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our morning coffee and again to see the evening sunset. We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. Will definitely book again on our next visit. "

"The location is great and the house was sparkling clean. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. There was a basket of snacks provided and coffee pods as well. All appliances worked and the kitchen was well supplied for small meals. I had often wondered what it would be like staying on a houseboat and found it fulfilling and hard to leave. "We were lucky enough to book this property for my son and my husband for a guys weekend in honor of Veterans Day. And it did not disappoint. The house is SO cool- complete with its own dock and a true house boat atmosphere. You don’t get any close to waterfront than this. The guys enjoyed walking out the front door and fishing right there. Everything was well stocked and clean, with so much within an easy walking distance- restaurants shops and more.
