There were so many nice touches…coffee, tea, etc. First time I have ever seen/used an all-in-one washer dryer…very cool. The owner responded immediately when we contacted her…she was amazing. "Service was a little slow but eventually they got around to thanks. The staff as a whole is very nice and very cooperative. There were issues however, with the fact that the other guests were loud and noisy and awfully haven't arguments and fights and hallways.
