"Property and room was very nice even though they are under construction. Upon checking in (which they are very strict on 3pm) not even a minute sooner they double charged me and it took 3 days for reimbursement. No apologies and the lady at the counter was very rude. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel for the money. "

"I recently stayed three nights at Parkview Scottsdale Resort. It is an older building, but the lobby and rooms seem to have been updated. The room was clean and spacious, with a large TV, a small fridge, a desk, and plenty of lighting. Pros: Friendly staff, great location (close to the 101, dining, bars, grocery stores, and entertainment), across the street from a large park with a lake. "A lot of shady characters all over the property, the traffic outside was too loud, made it difficult for me to get some sleep, i was denied an extra blanket and comforter when I asked the front desk"
