We booked this due to value/price and wanting to try something different. The falls and surround area are amazing - make sure to see the upper and lower. The owners are great in communication and made access easy. The rental itself was clean and provided everything we needed. It is not Indianapolis adjacent, which it doesn’t claim to be, but the driving didn’t bother us....

I would state that at a minimum it is a home insurance nightmare waiting to happen - open railings from an old deck that used to exist for an above-ground pool, outbuildings packed so full of stuff that the doors can't be closed, old construction material piled up in multiple areas of the property, and a house that smelled so badly of old cigarette smoke that it would immediately send an...
