"Easy communication with property management and accommodated an extra days stay at last minute. Place was ready and easy to find. Beds were comfortable but very noisy. Pots in cabinets were dirty. Pool and lazy river were nice but very crowded which was disappointing when we were not able to use the pool because it was at capacity or find a chair when it was busy. "

"We arrived at around 1:30am. A bit of a mix up getting access, but it all worked out. There are 4 rooms and you have access to the kitchen, dining room and living room. Each room is marked as well in the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator. There are utensils, cups and glasses, plates and flatware. "We have family in Lake Wales and this location allows us to stay close by in comfort. We bring our bikes and ride around the lake with our grandkids on the paved path. We love the pool, which can be heated in colder weather and the hot tub. One of the things that really attracted us is the dining table that seats 8 people - perfect for our family holiday meals. Several lamp switches missing, broken toilet seats, missing blinds on dining area, leaking water from a light fixture, the carpet was disgusting, heavily stained and dirty.
