"Nice quiet 1 bedroom converted from some of the garage. Bed was a little rough. Room only had A/C unit and no heat. But, thankfully it didn't get freezing cold inside. Lots of TV choices for streaming only. No local antenna channels. It would be very helpful to know that this is part of the 812 address. As I arrived after dark and was not too comfortable driving into an occupied driveway! It was very refreshing to not have to pay crazy "fees" as part of this rental. Owner very responsive."

"Everything looked like the pictures. Convenience to major highway but far enough away to be quiet. Walmart was literally around the corner for our grocery and beverage needs. We had the pool heated and even though the weather was cool it was used a lot. Hot tub was awesome! Games room was well used. We had a couple of things that needed attention and I was SO impressed with Becky!! She handled everything so quickly and pleasantly. Every service person that came by for pool and yard maintenance...

Easy walking distance to the lake - or local shopping. My husband and teenager both enjoyed our visit. I would definitely recommend this rental. Our favorite places were Born and Bread (walkable) and Munn Park (very short drive away)"
