"This is our go-to hotel when we go to Disney! My kids always think we are staying at rich hotel because of the kitchen accomidations right in our room, youngest loves the sleeper couch. One of our favorite things about this hotel is the fantastic breakfast that includes Mickey Mouse waffles! There is shuttle transportation to the parks of you should choose. "I have stayed here 3x in the last 6 months. Not a single complaint, quiet very family like atmosphere not loud. Rooms are great and the bonus is the little cute store that serves amazing food ! "

"While this resort is beautiful and clean we had a few issues. First, it would have been wonderful to know that they will rent out many of the common areas (pool), restaurants and bars for private events. There was an event just about every night we during our 7 day stay. Some nights we were not able to use the bridge to cross to our villa so we (3 adults, 3 small children) had to walk around extra 4 buildings, other nights we were not able to use the main pool, sports bar or pool side bar. "Rooms are dated and could do with being updated but clean and comfortable, staff very friend and help in the restaurant and there was plenty to eat at breakfast. Pool area had a good amount of sunlougers, tables with parasols and pool towels."
