"The house was nice and clean. Simple to find and get in. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet at night. The only negatives concerns I would raise are 1. A street or two over seems like a rough area. Run down. 2. There is a rental in the back yard we were not, aware of . Two guys walked out of the back yard as we were unloaded the car. It was a puzzling until we realized the situation. Other than that everything was fine. "

"The property owner was very quick to reply to any questions prior to our arrival. The property has so much character, and each room tells it own story. I loved the hardwood floors, and my toddler had a ball playing with his trucks because we've carpeted floors! Just beware the bathroom is extremely cold, and there was no heat source in the bathroom that I could find, so there was no soaking in the tub. Come to think of it, I didn't notice any vents. That was the reason I gave it 4/5 stars...
