"The Hilton was such a nice hotel to stay at. It is one of my new favorite Shreveport hotels. It was very clean, very nice staff that was very helpful. I called the front desk with questions and they was so nice and helpful. We brought our service dogs and the staff was so nice about it. I love the check in/check out feature on app. You can also chat with front desk on there and get a very quick response. The air conditioning worked very good and beds were super comfy. "

"Great location but a bit awkward to exit, clean rooms, the only thing was blanket was too thin. Lastly the bedwas too firm, my back was hurting most of the night. It seemed i was laying on the flat floor."
