"we loved our stay in this condo. the first floor meant easy access to everything outside. there were some issues with the internet that were taken care of immediately.everything we needed was there (i would suggest adding a baking sheet to the kitchen items). the whole place was very clean and i am very picky about that when my grandkids are staying,too!we enjoyed take out meals from "the caboose" around the bend.as it happened, our flights home were canceled and we needed to stay another night....

"We stayed for a long weekend at this beautiful 3BD, 2bath home. It is located directly across the street from the gorgeous marina just outside of Boyne City downtown area. The town is within walking distance - lots of restaurants, shops, coffee shops. The marina grounds were a perfect place to walk our dog also. The home is the most well-stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at - including towels, blankets, any kitchen items you might need. It was cold while we were there (October) so did not...

"This house has everything needed for a perfect relaxing vacation. The house is centrally located between all the lakes. We were able to bring our boat and have it with us and the public launch is right across the lake. The house was tastefully decorated and the deck was very relaxing. We made use of the firepit by the lake several nights. Looking forward to returning next year. Will definitely book this house again. I highly recommend the Clam Cottage! "

This year, we had a wonderful week in this charming cottage! The cottage was just as described and made for a sunshine and lake-filled vacation, with plenty of common areas to play games and share family meals. "My three sons, their wives and children. And I stayed here for a week. Plenty of room. Lots of extra roll away beds and bed linens. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, glasses and dishes. The house was bigger than it looked from the outside. 'Nice little walk to the beach and not even the 3 year old complained. The host was very responsive when I had questions/concerns. Great place for a larger group."
