"There were a number of issues related to this listing. Firstly, there was gross misrepresentation regarding the amenities. There was no washer/dryer, dishwasher or adequate plates/utensils. There was no cable TV. Secondly, the property was filthy with ants infesting the entire building coupled with rodent feces in the kitchen drawers. Lastly, when we contacted the property owners regarding the above issues they ignored our concerns and requests for compensation. VRBO should not allow this...

"We had our annual retreat at the house — it slept 19 comfortably. The huge table is great for games, and the open floor plan is great for a big group. The bears and other stuffed heads add some flavor, for sure. We loved the foosball and hockey and video games downstairs, and the hot tub was great after skiing Holiday Valley. We would definitely do it again! "

"Powder Mill did not disappoint! We had a blast over President’s weekend. The home had everything and more! We really appreciated the extra large Brita water filter in the fridge! Powder Mill was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk, on sidewalks, down town! Would definitely stay here again:)"
