Our room was super cute, and it may have been the off season so it was a ghost town, but that's one of the reasons I liked it! Quiet and no drunk adults or screaming kids. Was it a little pricey being off season and none of the restaurants or bars were open.... yes. But overall the location was beautiful and it's in a cute littke town. Not sure how it is in...

"Prompt friendly service! Answered phone on first ring, no prompts needed. Accommodating, informative, pleasant, helpful staff from front desk to housekeeping and bar. Lovely, warm, upscale accommodations were beyond what I expected. They very easily accommodated me in adding man additional night, not originally planned. Absolutely beautiful rooms and amenities, in a perfect location by the lake."

"This property was perfect for our family! Room is exactly as the pictures show, but even larger in person (much larger than a standard hotel room.) Check in was a breeze with Michelle meeting us out front of the building (they were even able to get us checked in a few hours early!) Appears the entire hotel has been updated and overall is very family friendly. The lake was perfect and had boat rentals right on the property. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice as well. Everything is walking...
