The apartment is well furnished, we didn’t cook with it just being the two of us, but if we needed to it was well stocked which is good to know for when we do come back with our kids. "I came down to surprise my best friend for her birthday bc she goes to school down here it was a very easy check and didn’t have to do much before we left the host is very accommodating and check on us after our first night it’s a very nice and clean place. It also kept us entertained there are games and a Wii you can use but over all had a great time and would dusty here again "

"This property is very clean and comfortable. There’s a well organized closet with all kinds of toiletries that's an unexpected and pleasant surprise and very handy. I love the fact that all of the linens, blankets, bed and bath rugs and towels are cotton. I especially enjoyed the nearby neighbor animal sounds of chickens and geese. It's just a lovely setting, something I now miss after returning home. Thanks very much."

"Wonderful property and a very accommodating host. Love that we could purchase original art from the walls of our room. Only issue, as a 6 foot 3 inch tall guy, is the shower is indeed small. It is disclosed, and while I tight fit, was immaculately clean. Next time we are in Johnson City we would not hesitate to stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful time! It was perfect for us. The view was beautiful and the house was updated. There is a fence in the backyard even. We have tall men in our family and the living room seating was very comfortable with leather couches that reclined. We spent Christmas there and would do it again.
