"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ammori on reception spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to point out all the best places to go in Salzburg to make the most of our stay. From our room on 7th floor we even had a view of the fortress and mountains. Only draw back is the hotel backs onto the train station so you do need to close the window at night so you don’t hear the noise of the trains. Don’t let that put you off though. The location is great and only 10 mins walk from Mirabel Platz. "

We especially loved the large windows and stunning views of the city and surrounding mountains—it really added something special to our stay. The location is super convenient, right next to the main train station and just a short walk or ride to the old town. It was the perfect base for exploring Salzburg. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, arte Hotel Salzburg was a great place to stay—modern, comfortable, and in a perfect spot. "The property is in the mid point between train station and historical.town center and within easy walking distance to both. We arrived at noon time and was able to check in. We also got upgraded to a newly refurbished room which looks very new and all interior are very well done with high quality material. It is an enjoyable stay."
