"The location was great. Easy walking distance to all major attractions. Clean. The receptionist is very helpful. Two things that lowered my rating. First, one pillow is not enough. I have neck issues when my head is so low when lying. I know i could have requested for one but i wish they provided that without being requested. I'm used to hotels having stardard two pillows. Second i hope they would automatically include breakfast without you having to pay extra."

"Communication wasnt good. Told breakfast went til noon. Not true. Time changed multiple times during our stay. Told if we didnt have room cleaned we got two "drink" vouchers for bar. Not true. Just beer or soda. Were told this after 6 drinks. Told bar was open til midnight every day. Not true. Came back to hotel for a drink and bar was closed at 7pm. Not a big issue, but just tell guests what the deal is. Staff was awesome! Very noisy hotel in am. Cant sleep much past 730am."

"Staff were so friendly and kind at check-in. We stayed in a triple family room which was an excellent standard, and the bathroom was great too - loved the rain shower! Exceptional cleanliness and facilities. Perfect location for exploring the Miarabell Palace and Gardens, Mozart's birthplace and the old town, and 10 mins walk from the station/bus station. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return in a heartbeat! "
